| How much does it cost for shipping? |

New Zealand nationwide $9.00 NZD. Shipping 2-3 working days via 'Track n Trace' Courier
International worldwide $18.00 US. Shipping 6-10 working days via International Air
Shipping – Shipments will be processed within 2 business day of purchase date.
International buyers please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Bamboo8 are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Bamboo8 cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. | Can I exchange or return purchased products? |

| NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 business days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to info@bamboo8.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip or receipt.
